Meditation is the 7th limb of Yoga. It is not possible to be
able to concentrate and meditate without a healthy physical body. Hence
the ancient Yogis and Saints of India, stressed on gaining better
health, first, with Yogic postures (asanas), and breathing exercises
(pranayama). We have therefore, combined Yoga with Meditation, and
practice it together.
Yoga & Meditation classes are conducted regularly, 2 times weekly.
